He often jokes, “We don’t do Dollarama deals,” because for him, a transaction without care isn’t worth doing. He moves fast, makes decisions even faster, and never looks back with regret. When something doesn’t work out, he forgives, adjusts, and gets right back to building stronger than before.

As the founder of Dedicated Realtors, Dil leads with energy. He doesn’t micromanage he ignites momentum. He’s also known for being completely unfiltered and for being hilariously bad with names. If he blanks, he’ll just make one up and roll with it. Somehow, everyone still ends up laughing and liking him more for it.

Off the clock, Dil’s the same mix of intensity and humour. He’ll skip lunch and survive on pistachios, but he can throw down a plate of fried rice or goat curry like a chef on a mission. He loves salmon, only tolerates dessert unless it’s carrot cake, and when he’s “hangry”, even the printer starts behaving.
